ThermiDry: Control Excessive Sweat Glands, Alternative to Injectables

Do you deal with underarms that sweat in an instant with no warning? Sometimes deodorant is not enough, ThermiDry is a minimally invasive procedure that combats excessive sweating.

ThermiDry uses radio frequency (RF) technology, energy-induced heat to treat excessive sweating. The procedure starts with a sweat iodine test to find where the sweat glands are located. Patients are completely awake and alert for the procedure. This procedure involves a small probe under the skin. Sweat glands will then be carefully targeted and heated, this then takes control of the function of the sweat glands in a minimally invasive procedure that lasts about an hour. The procedure is considered very safe; a thermal camera makes sure the skin temperature stays in a “safe zone."

ThermiDry may be a great option for someone who does not have normal sweat patterns. This treatment has only been tested for the underarm area for now. Call our offices today to schedule a consultation to see if you are eligible or if ThermiDry is right for you, 316-722-1333.
